Processing Times

All orders process and ship within 3 business days.
Orders placed before 1:00pm NZT Monday through Friday are processed the same day; orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm NZT Friday and all orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday morning at 9:30am NZT.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method and location.

Note: We deliver to actual physical addresses within New Zealand only. We do not deliver to post office boxes or postal bags. We do not deliver to Australia or other countries overseas.
